The Agreement regarding the cost of services can be changed by Skyeng publishing the new cost of services on the website and/or platform and/or in the User's personal account, while the cost of prepaid services is not subject to change. 1. Соглашение в части стоимости услуг может быть изменено путем публикации Skyeng новой стоимости услуг на сайте и/или платформе и/или в личном кабинете Пользователя, при этом стоимость предоплаченных услуг изменению не подлежит.

Изменение Соглашения. The Agreement may be amended by the mutual agreement of the Parties except for the cases when the Agreement provides for possibility to introduce such amendments unilaterally. If the relevant government authorities of the Territory suspend, withdraw, or cancel any of the Marketing Authorization(s) for any reason whatsoever, the SELLER and the DISTRIBUTOR shall discuss in good faith upon the necessary amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in connection with the concerned Product(s), unless the SELLER decides to withdraw the concerned Product(s) from the scope of this Agreement immediately upon written notice to the DISTRIBUTOR without any indemnity being due to the DISTRIBUTOR. Изменения в Соглашение могут быть внесены по взаимному соглашению Сторон за исключением случаев, когда Соглашение позволяет осуществлять внесение таких изменений в одностороннем порядке. В случае приостановления, отзыва или прекращения действия Регистрационного удостоверения / Регистрационных удостоверений компетентными государственными органами Территории в силу любых оснований, ПРОДАВЕЦ и ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР обязуются добросовестно согласовать необходимые изменения, которые должны быть внесены в условия Соглашения в отношении соответствующей Продукции, за исключением случаев, когда ПРОДАВЕЦ принимает решение о незамедлительном исключении соответствующих наименований Продукции из объема настоящего Соглашения путем направления письменного уведомления в адрес ДИСТРИБЬЮТОРА; при этом ДИСТРИБЬЮТОР не имеет права на возмещение каких-либо связанных с этим убытков.

Изменение Соглашения. Настоящее Соглашение может быть изменено «Экспа Софтвар» в од- ностороннем порядке. Изменения вступают в силу с момента их публикации на сайте либо по истечении 10 календарных дней с момента их публикации, если это прямо указано «Экспа Софтвар». Использование ПП EKSPA, либо авторизация в ПП EKSPA после вступления изменений в силу означает согласие Пользователя с такими изменениями. Пользователь не освобождается от обязательств, предусмотренных настоящим Соглашением с учетом вне- сенных в него изменений, если Пользователь не ознакомился с изменениями в Соглашение.

  • Contractual Currency (a) Payment in the Contractual Currency. Each payment under this Agreement will be made in the relevant currency specified in this Agreement for that payment (the "Contractual Currency"). To the extent permitted by applicable law, any obligation to make payments under this Agreement in the Contractual Currency will not be discharged or satisfied by any tender in any currency other than the Contractual Currency, except to the extent such tender results in the actual receipt by the party to which payment is owed, acting in a reasonable manner and in good faith in converting the currency so tendered into the Contractual Currency, of the full amount in the Contractual Currency of all amounts payable in respect of this Agreement. If for any reason the amount in the Contractual Currency so received falls short of the amount in the Contractual Currency payable in respect of this Agreement, the party required to make the payment will, to the extent permitted by applicable law, immediately pay such additional amount in the Contractual Currency as may be necessary to compensate for the shortfall. If for any reason the amount in the Contractual Currency so received exceeds the amount in the Contractual Currency payable in respect of this Agreement, the party receiving the payment will refund promptly the amount of such excess.

  • C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.   • Extension of Initial Contract Period 31.1 Subject to clause 13 (Price Adjustment on Extension of the Initial Contract Period), the Authority may, by giving written notice to the Contractor not less than three (3) Month(s) prior to the last day of the Initial Contract Period, extend the Contract for such further period as may be specified in the notice. The provisions of the Contract will apply (subject to any Variation or adjustment to the Contract Price pursuant to clause 13) throughout any such extended period.
