Заверения Издателя. Издатель заверяет и гарантирует, что он (i) владеет или эксплуатирует Площадки , или на ином основании обладает правами и полномочиями иным способом предоставлять права в соответствии с настоящим Соглашением; (ii) Издательский контент либо находится в его собственности, либо надлежащим образом лицензируется; (iii) Площадки, Издательский контент и использование Taboola Площадок или Издательского контента не наносит ущерба правам третьих лиц; (iv) в той мере, в которой данное Соглашение относится к Лицензированному издательскому контенту, Издатель обладает всеми правами и полномочиями, предоставлять права, предоставленные настоящим Соглашением, и такое предоставление прав не нарушает условия соглашений, заключаемых с третьими лицами; (v) Издатель не является объектом санкций и ограничений в области экспортного контроля, а также не принадлежит какому-либо лицу и не контролируется лицом, которое является объектом санкций и ограничений в области экспортного контроля, введенных в соответствии с законодательством Соединенных Штатов Америки, Израиля или любой иной юрисдикции, законодательство которой применяется к исполнению настоящего Соглашения; (vi) Издатель будет соблюдать все применимые законы и нормативные правовые акты при исполнении настоящего Соглашения, в том числе в отношении использования Услуг, включая, без ограничения, законы и нормативные правовые акты об экономических санкциях и экспортном контроле Соединенных Штатов Америки, Израиля и других юрисдикций (в зависимости от ситуации); и (vii) он не будет принимать каких-либо мер, которые могут повлечь введение экономических санкций или иных торговых ограничений или штрафных санкций в отношении Taboola.   • Work Space Adjunct faculty shall be provided with the opportunity to utilize general common area office space on each campus in order to meet students and to prepare and store instructional materials. As individual colleges and continuing education campuses expand and renovate existing facilities, they shall include adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans. Such work areas shall include at a minimum: a work station or table, a chair, a visitor’s chair, nearby access to a phone, nearby access to a computer with internet and District network access, nearby access to a printer, and campus access to a scanner. Individual colleges shall consider adjunct faculty work areas in the formulation of their space allocation plans.

  • OF WORK The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7%) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any period. The normal daily tour shall consist of seven and one-half hours, exclusive of a one-half hour unpaid meal period. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily tour, at a time designated by the Employer. Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen ( I 5) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered for the purposes of payment. Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by an employee under the terms of this t Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for a seven and one-half (7.5) hour tour rather than the actual hours worked. The Employer will endeavour to accommodate requests by employees for specific days off and also requests for changes in posted time schedules once the schedule has been posted. Shift schedules shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover a minimum of a four (4) week period. The following shall apply to full-time employees: During each pay period, two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. Schedules may provide for more than (5) consecutive days of work, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days of work without days off, as long as four (4) days off are scheduled in each fourteen (14) day period. Except as outlined below, meal time of one-half hour shall be scheduled away from the floor during the employee's shift whether day, evening or night. Where there is only one registered employee on duty, it is recognized that this is not possible. Should an employee be recalled to duty during meal time, additional time shall be provided later in the shift.

  • Xxxxx of Work The Contractor shall provide information technology (IT) independent verification and validation (IV&V) services to Customers in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide the professional and technical staff necessary to perform the ((IT) IV&V services required by this Contract, and the staff shall have sufficient skill and experience to perform the services assigned to them. All of the (IT) IV&V services to be furnished by the Contractor under the Contract shall meet the professional standard and quality that prevail among IT professionals in the same discipline and of similar knowledge and skill engaged in related work under the same or similar circumstances. The Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract all licenses, permits, qualifications, insurance, and approvals of whatever nature that are legally required to perform the (IT) IV&V services.

  • Modification of Work Schedule When a change of work schedule is requested by an employee and approved by the Agency, all forms of penalty pay and daily overtime compensation shall be waived by the employee for the requested change in schedule, but not for work over forty (40) hours per week.

  • Delivery of Work If the Director terminates the Master Agreement and/or any Approved Service Order(s) – whether for convenience or for cause – the Director has the option of requiring the Consultant to provide to the City any finished or unfinished Work Product prepared by the Consultant up to the date of Consultant’s receipt of the written notice of termination.

  • WORK ACCESS The Association shall provide a current, written list of its Association Representatives to all heads of departments, offices, or bureaus represented herein and the CAO. The Association shall be responsible for keeping the list current. An Association Representative shall have access to department, office, or bureau facilities where Unit members are employed during regular working hours to assist employees covered under this MOU in addressing grievances when such Association assistance is requested by a grievant(s) or to investigate matters arising out of the application of the provisions of this MOU. The Association Representative shall request authorization for such visits by contacting the designated Management representative of the head of the office, department, or bureau. In the event immediate access cannot be authorized, the designated Management representative shall inform the Association Representative as to the earliest time when access can be granted. This Article shall not be construed as a limitation on the power of the head of a department, office, or bureau to restrict access to areas designated for security or confidential purposes.

  • Prosecution of Work FIRST PARTY will employ a sufficient staff to prosecute the work diligently and continuously and will complete the work in accordance with the schedule of work approved by the CITY. (See Exhibit "A," Scope of Services).

  • Completion of Work Contractor is accountable for completing the Work within the Contract Time stated in the Contract, or as otherwise amended by Change Order.

  • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.
