Γλϊςςα. Τα ζγγραφα τθσ ςφμβαςθσ ζχουν ςυνταχκεί ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα. Τυχόν ενςτάςεισ υποβάλλονται ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα. Οι προςφορζσ και τα περιλαμβανόμενα ςε αυτζσ ςτοιχεία ςυντάςςονται ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα ι ςυνοδεφονται από επίςθμθ μετάφραςι τουσ ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα. Τα αποδεικτικά ζγγραφα ςυντάςςονται ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα ι ςυνοδεφονται από επίςθμθ μετάφραςι τουσ ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα. Στα αλλοδαπά δθμόςια ζγγραφα και δικαιολογθτικά εφαρμόηεται θ Συνκικθ τθσ Χάγθσ τθσ 5.10.1961, που κυρϊκθκε με το ν. 1497/1984 (Αϋ188). Ειδικά, τα αλλοδαπά ιδιωτικά ζγγραφα μποροφν να ςυνοδεφονται από μετάφραςι τουσ ςτθν ελλθνικι γλϊςςα επικυρωμζνθ είτε από πρόςωπο αρμόδιο κατά τισ διατάξεισ τθσ εκνικισ νομοκεςίασ είτε από πρόςωπο κατά νόμο αρμόδιο τθσ χϊρασ ςτθν οποία ζχει ςυνταχκεί το ζγγραφο. Ειδικότερα, όλα τα δθμόςια ζγγραφα που αφοροφν αλλοδαποφσ οικονομικοφσ φορείσ και που κα κατατεκοφν από τουσ προςφζροντεσ ςτθν παροφςα διαδικαςία, κα είναι νόμιμα επικυρωμζνα, και θ μετάφραςθ των εν λόγω εγγράφων μπορεί να γίνει είτε από τθ μεταφραςτικι υπθρεςία του ΥΡ.ΕΞ., είτε από το αρμόδιο προξενείο, είτε από δικθγόρο κατά τθν ζννοια των άρκρων 454 του Κ.Ρολ.Δ. και 53 του Κϊδικα περί Δικθγόρων, είτε από ορκωτό μεταφραςτι τθσ χϊρασ προζλευςθσ, αν υφίςταται ςτθ χϊρα αυτι τζτοια υπθρεςία.   • APPENDIX F Appendix F, HBITS Processes and Forms, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. The Parties agree that the processes and forms set forth in this appendix may be updated as necessary, such as to facilitate the development of a web portal or other automated systems. OGS reserves the right to make changes to these processes and forms without seeking the prior written approval of the Department of Law or OSC, however, OGS agrees that any such changes shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Contract and not be material or substantive in nature. The Parties agree that detailed instructions for the completion of these forms shall be set forth in the “How to Use” document presented on the OGS web site or as part of the web portal or other automated system.
