Your contribution and engagement. I agree to be part of a pilot version of the YUFE DST as learner and co-creators of this programme.  I agree to provide constructive feedback to YUFE in order to optimise the YUFE Open Programmes, the YUFE Star System and the YUFE Virtual Campus.  I understand that YUFE academic courses will reward ECTS however that these are not automatically replacing ECTS within my own academic programme, at my own university. I will check with my own Programme Directors/faculty if YUFE ECTS could be accepted intra-curricular in my own academic programme. YUFE will place ECTS, regardless of whether they are intra-curricular or extra-curricular, on the YUFE Diploma Supplement.  I understand that in order to obtain any of the YUFE Stars, I need to reflect on my personal learning goals by

I will check with my own Programme Directors/faculty beforehand if YUFE ECTS could be accepted intra-curricular in my own academic programme. YUFE will be able to count ECTS earned via YUFE courses, regardless of whether they are intra-curricular or extra-curricular, for the YUFE rewards.  I understand that to obtain any YUFE Stars, I need to reflect on my personal learning goals by using YUFE Personal Development Plans. For the YUFE Language Star and the YUFE Professional Star, the Personal Development Plans will also be used as assessment of my work and achievements while pursuing the star.

  • Community Engagement Integration Activities The SP will support the HSP to engage the community of diverse persons and entities in the area where it provides health services when setting priorities for the delivery of health services and when developing plans for submission to the LHIN including but not limited to CAPS and integration proposals.

  • OPERATION OF AGREEMENT This Agreement will be effective and binding immediately upon its execution, but, anything in this Agreement to the contrary notwithstanding, this Agreement will not be operative unless and until a Change in Control occurs.   • Education and Outreach Health Education Advisory Committee The PH-MCO must develop and implement effective Member education and outreach programs that may include health education programs focusing on the leading causes of hospitalization and emergency room use, and health initiatives that target Members with Special Needs, including but not limited to: HIV/AIDS, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Dual Eligibles, etc. The PH-MCO must establish and maintain a Health Education Advisory Committee that includes Members and Providers of the community to advise on the health education needs of HealthChoices Members. Representation on this Committee must include, but not be limited to, women, minorities, persons with Special Needs and at least one (1) person with expertise on the medical needs of children with Special Needs. Provider representation includes physical health, behavioral health, and dental health Providers. The PH-MCO must provide the Department annually with the membership (including designation) and meeting schedule of the Health Education Advisory Committee. The PH-MCO must provide for and document coordination of health education materials, activities and programs with public health entities, particularly as they relate to public health priorities and population-based interventions that are relevant to the populations being served and that take into consideration the ability of these populations to understand and act upon health information. The PH- MCO must also work with the Department to ensure that its Health Education Advisory Committees are provided with an effective means to consult with each other and, when appropriate, coordinate efforts and resources for the benefit of the entire HealthChoices population in the HC Zone and/or populations with Special Needs. The PH-MCO must provide the Department with a written description of all planned health education activities and targeted implementation dates on an annual basis.

  • Demotion and Layoff 10:1 In the event reduction of forces or curtailment of operation shall occur, employees shall be laid off in the reverse order of their Company seniority in the area in which they are working at the time of the reduction. The application of this Section to an employee working temporarily in an area shall apply only to the extent that it affects him/her in his/her regular area.

  • Promotion of Agreement It is agreed that Vendor will encourage all eligible entities to purchase from the TIPS Program. Encouraging entities to purchase directly from the Vendor and not through TIPS Agreement is a violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will result in removal of the Vendor from the TIPS Program.

  • Implementation of Agreement Each Party must promptly execute all documents and do all such acts and things as is necessary or desirable to implement and give full effect to the provisions of this Agreement.
