Years of Service for Reemployed Participants. A former Participant who had a nonforfeitable right to all or a portion of his ESOP Account, and if applicable at the time of his termination shall receive credit for all Years of Service prior to his Break in Service upon completing a Year of Service after his return to the employ of the Employer. However, if the Participant incurs five (5) or more consecutive one-year Breaks in Service, all Years of Service after a Break in Service shall be disregarded for purposes of determining such Participant’s nonforfeitable percentage in his ESOP Account balance that accrued before such Break in Service. If’ a Participant incurs fewer than five (5) consecutive one-year Breaks in Service, both the pre-break and post-break service will count for purposes of determining the Participant’s vested percentage in his ESOP Account. If necessary, the Trustee shall maintain separate pre-break and post-break ESOP Account for such Participant.
