Common use of Yahoo's Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Yahoo's Responsibilities. In addition to any responsibilities that may be set forth in EXHIBIT C, Yahoo will be solely responsible for the design, layout, posting, and maintenance of the Content Pages including, without limitation, all buttons, links and modules; provided that the size and placement of the Licensor Brand Features shall be substantially similar to those in EXHIBIT F.
