Advertising Rights. Except as it may relate to industry standard carve outs relating to temporary signage or specific event day advertising for Fairgrounds Events or CVC Events, Bristol shall have the exclusive right to control and contract with respect to any advertising or other economic exploitation of the Premises and all events at the Premises, including, without limitation, signage, advertising displayed on items worn or carried by the personnel at all events at the Premises, ticket advertising, sponsorship of events, all logo or other forms of advertising affixed to or included with cups, hats, t-shirts and other concession or promotional items associated with sponsorships of all events at the Premises, sponsor advertising on concession or “give away” merchandise, “blimp” advertising, programs, pocket schedules, yearbooks, and all other print and display advertising, advertising of food and beverage concessions within the Premises, announcements made on the Premises audio or video public address systems, the Speedway Property related advertising, and advertising in connection with the Broadcast Rights (“Advertising Rights”). Any signage desired by the Fair Board for a Fairgrounds Event or CVC for a CVC Event shall be temporary and non-invasive, easily removable without damaging or altering the Premises or Speedway Property and without covering or obscuring any existing signage at the Premises or Speedway Property.
Advertising Rights. (a) Account hereby grants to Bottler the exclusive right to advertise Beverages and specifically Products (i) at the Facility and (ii) in connection with the Facility. No permanent or temporary advertising, signage or trademark visibility for Competitive Products will be displayed or permitted anywhere at the Facility.
Advertising Rights. From the moment this present contract comes into effect, and until its termination as stipulated in the sixth article hereafter, the ORGANIZER is committed to collaborate in an advertising campaign with the SPONSOR within the agreed project frame, and during all the preparation, development, organization and celebration phases, by means of a prominent insertion of their brand, company name and logo on any printed brochures, proceedings, advertising and on any other information that is published or edited in relation with the PROJECT, in accordance with the terms described for the SPONSOR. Depending on the space provided along with other brands and logos, the logo will be subject to size alteration maintaining the same scale. The SPONSOR, with previous consent from the ORGANIZER, is entitled to announce and publish their participation in the PROJECT by their own means.
Advertising Rights. Subject to Applicable Law, including, but not limited to, County Local Law No. 2-1994, prohibiting tobacco product advertising in County facilities, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit E and the CBA, StadCo shall have the exclusive right to control and contract with respect to the Advertising Rights; provided that (a) the duration of any contract with respect to the Advertising Rights shall expire no later than the end of the Term (whether due to the attainment of the Stadium Lease Expiration Date or any earlier termination or cancellation of this Stadium Lease in accordance with its terms), (b) advertising shall not unreasonably cause embarrassment to the State, the County or ECSC, and (c) advertising shall not contain slang, barbarisms, profanity, encourage the use of alcohol by minors or tobacco by anyone, or reference illegal drugs or any sexually oriented businesses. XxxxXx agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ECSC and the County from any Losses arising out of the exercise by StadCo of its rights pursuant to this Section 4.3; provided, however, that the foregoing indemnification shall not be construed so as to include any revenue or income that the County or ECSC might have realized upon the sale or other conveyance of the Advertising Rights.

Advertising Rights. Pepsi may advertise and promote its Products in and with respect to Customer and its Facilities upon mutually agreed to terms and conditions. In addition, Customer must display appropriate brand identification for each Product served on all menus (including catering and digital), menuboards and postmix dispensing valves at each of the Facilities throughout the Term.
