Common use of Xxxxxxx Committee Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Committee. The Employer recognizes the right of the Union to elect or select from employees who are members of the Union, a job xxxxxxx or job committee to handle such Union business (for example, to distribute and share information to new members) during their routine at the Hospital where they are employed, as may from time-to-time be delegated to them by the Union in connection with this collective bargaining relationship. The name of such job xxxxxxx or job committee shall be furnished, in writing, to the Employer, and any changes in xxxxxxx or committee members shall be reported to the Employer in writing.
