Xxxxxx Xxxxx. The parties, by mutual agreement, may amend the list of arbitrators or agree to a substitute to the listed arbitrators at any time. The decision of the said arbitrators made in writing in regard to any difference/s, shall be final and binding upon the Employer, the Union, and the employees concerned.
