GARBAGE DISPOSAL, RECYCLING, AND BIODEGRADABLE MATERIALS A. Concessionaire shall be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the Concession Premises. Concessionaire shall ensure placement of all garbage and trash generated by the Concession Operation in designated containers and that said containers are emptied daily, or as more frequently required by Department, at a location within the Area designated by Department. Disposal costs from this latter location shall be borne by Department. Concessionaire shall provide such additional trash containers as may be required to keep the immediate Concession Premises clean at all times. The type of trash containers provided by Concessionaire shall be approved by Department prior to use.
Slash Disposal Purchaser’s timing of product removal and preparatory work shall not unnecessarily xx- xxx slash disposal. Specific slash disposal measures to be employed by Purchaser are stated in C6.7 and are in ad- dition to Required Deposits for slash disposal.
Collocation of Switching Equipment CLEC may collocate any equipment that is necessary for Interconnection or access to Unbundled Network Elements.

Garbage Disposal You are responsible for ensuring Your and Your guests’ rubbish is removed from the Room, Building and Common Property in a timely manner and properly deposited in the communal rubbish areas allocated by Us for collection. You must use all garbage chutes according to pasted instructions near chutes.
Dark Fiber Transport Dark Fiber Transport is defined as Dedicated Transport that consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics. Except as set forth in Section 6.9.1 below, BellSouth shall not be required to provide access to Dark Fiber Transport Entrance Facilities pursuant to this Agreement.
Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.
Tandem Switched Transport 7.3.4.2.1 For traffic delivered through a CenturyLink or CLEC tandem Switch (as defined in the Agreement), the Parties agree that, because this State is a new market for CLEC, tandem switched transport functions for Exchange Service (EAS/Local) non-transit traffic shall be compensated based upon the xxxx and keep compensation mechanism. Xxxx and keep will apply to both the tandem switching rate and the tandem transmission rate. Xxxx and keep shall govern compensation for such traffic exchanged by the Parties in this State until the earlier of: (1) the expiration of the Agreement, or (2) further action by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), or a court of competent jurisdiction, vacates, replaces, modifies, or supersedes the applicable rules adopted in Order on Remand and Report and Order, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 00-00, XXX 00-000 (xxx. Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.
