Xxxxx Definition. If a part time employee is baking from scratch (mixing and preparing raw ingredients) for more than 50% of their time over a 3 month period, they will be reclassified to a Scratch Xxxxx rate of pay. It is understood that if the process changes and the xxxxx is not baking from scratch more than 50% of their time over a 3 month period, they will be reclassified as a Bakery Clerk. This shall not apply to full time and part time Bakers who are on the payroll as of date of ratification.
