Incentive Program definition

Incentive Program means a performance based program that allocates a certain portion of recurrent cost financing based on the Administration’s meeting of reform benchmarks, set and reviewed by the Incentive Program Working Group;
Incentive Program means a program through which a licensed entity may, pursuant to Subsection R162-2c-301b, pay a licensed mortgage loan originator who is sponsored by the entity for bringing business into the entity.

  • Each bonus awarded under the Annual Incentive Program shall be delivered to You as soon as possible but no later than two and a half months following the calendar year in which the bonus is earned and determined by the Compensation Committee and shall be, to the maximum extent possible, delivered in the form of cash dividends with respect to the Preferred Units.

More Definitions of Incentive Program

Incentive Program means any program terminable at will by the Administrator pursuant to which the Administrator may choose to reduce the interest rate or offer any other benefit on a Student Loan, and shall initially include the Seller's Choice Rates(TM) and Choice Repay(TM) Programs and the Borrower Incentive Program, as such program may be modified from time to time.
