Xxxx Rates for FY. 20162015-2017 2016 Effective July 1, 20162015, the rates 28 and 27 ranges of employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by the 29 percentage 28 increase in the CPI-W for Portland Urban Wage Earners and ClericalClerical Workers Index for 29 the second half 2013 to the second half 2014 as reported in February 2015. The 30 minimum percentage increase shall be no less than one percent (1%) and the maximum 31 percentage increase no more than four percent (4%).

Xxxx Rates for FY. 20162011-2017 2012 Effective July 1, 20162011, the rates 28 and ranges 28 of employees covered by this Agreement shall be increased by the 29 percentage increase 29 in the CPI-W for Portland Urban Wage Earners and ClericalClerical Workers Index for the 30 second half 2009 to the second half 2010 as reported in February 2011. The minimum 31 percentage increase shall be no less than two percent (2%) and the maximum 1 percentage increase no more than five percent (5%).
