Wages and Classification Schedule. 5 Effective July 1, 2013, employees shall be compensated in accordance with the 6 wage schedule attached to this Agreement and marked Addendum A. Said schedule 7 reflects an increase of 1.8% effective July 1, 2013.
Wages and Classification Schedule. 5 1. July 1, 2008 Wages. Effective July 1, 2008, employees covered 6 by this Agreement shall be compensated in accordance with the Wage Schedule 7 attached to this Agreement as Addendum "A" and by this reference incorporated 8 herein; said schedule reflecting a three and eight tenths percent (3.8%) increase over 9 June 30, 2008 rates.
Wages and Classification Schedule. The monthly and hourly wages and classifications for employees covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix “A” which is attached hereto and incorporated in this Agreement, and which shall be effective July 1, 2011. The parties may reopen Article 10.1 related to increasing or reducing the base wages in the Appendix up to once per year by providing the other party notice before March 31 of the year. The issue shall be addressed as a mid-term change under ORS 243.698.

Effective March 1, 2023, wages will be adjusted for all bargaining unit positions by ten percent (10%) as listed in Appendix A. Wages and Classification Schedule. (a) Effective July 1, 2006, employees shall be compensated for the fiscal year 2006-2007 in accordance with the wage schedule attached to this Agreement and marked Appendix “A” which represents a 2.8% increase. Employees shall be compensated for the fiscal years 2007-2008 and 2008-09 with a minimum increase of 2.0% and a maximum of 4.5% cost of living increase equal to the percentage increase in the US Consumer Price Index (CPI). The Consumer Price Index (CPI) used in calculating wage adjustments shall be based on the Portland- Salem, OR-WA CPI-W (Urban Wage Earner and Clerical Workers) as reported by the U.S. Department of Labor. The change in the CPI-W is calculated by comparing the six-month period (July through December) of the applicable year’s available data to the same six-month period of the previous year.

Appendix “A” wages reflects a COLA as set forth below: Effective July 1, 2022, all employees covered by this Agreement shall receive a COLA of five percent (5%). Effective July 1, 2023, all employees covered by this Agreement shall receive a COLA of between one and one-half percent (1.5%) and five percent (5%), which shall be based on the annual average for 2022 of the CPI-U West Region. In the event the State of Oregon adjusts the budgetary allocation to the County for Parole and Probation, it shall be grounds for the parties to reopen Article 10.1 at any time without need to provide notice to either party. The issue shall be addressed as a mid-term change under ORS 243.698.
