Xxxx Pay Services. When you apply for the xxxx payment service (“Xxxx Pay”) you must designate your checking account as the account from which payments that you authorize will be deducted. You will be given the ability to set up merchants, institutions or individuals that you would like to pay. You are not permitted to designate governmental agencies or courts. All payees must be in the United States. We reserve the right to not allow the designation of a particular merchant or institution. Your enrollment in Xxxx Pay may not be fulfilled if we cannot verify your identity or other necessary information. In order to verify ownership of the Payment Account(s) or Billing Account, we may issue offsetting debits and credits to the Payment Account and Billing Account and require confirmation of these transactions from you.
