Common use of Work Week Clause in Contracts

Work Week. Section 1. The normal work week for full-time employees shall be 35 hours. The hours in the normal work week for full-time employees in any newly-established title which is created during the term of this Agreement and is covered by this Agreement shall be 35 hours.
