WORK OBLIGATION/PLAYING OBLIGATION. The Player is obligated to play games for the team he/she is selected for, and when the Club decides, regardless of whether the game is part of a series of games, tournaments, private arrangements or whether the game takes place in Norway or not. The Player must also follow the travel plans determined by the Club. If for some reason the Player does not carry out his/her work tasks in accordance with this clause, the Club can order the Player to carry out other tasks in or for the Club. The Player shall participate in training, training camps and train independently according to the provisions of the Club. Moreover, the Player is obligated to adapt his/her way of life according to the Club's rules or provisions that are required of the Player as a top sports person. Initials: Club: Player: Guardian: Unless the Player has legitimate absence from training or a game, he/she shall notify the Club's management of any absence without undue delay. The Player shall notify the Club of any illness or inability to work without undue delay. Self-certified sick notes and doctor's sick notes shall be submitted to the Club in compliance with and within the deadlines that are set by applicable Norwegian legislation.

  • Funding Obligation This Contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding. If funds become unavailable through lack of appropriations, budget cuts, transfer of funds between programs or health and human services agencies, amendment to the Appropriations Act, health and human services agency consolidation, or any other disruptions of current appropriated funding for this Contract, DSHS may restrict, reduce, or terminate funding under this Contract.

  • Continuing Obligation The Contractor's duty to indemnify continues in full force and effect, notwithstanding the expiration or early cancellation of the contract, with respect to any claims based on facts or conditions that occurred before expiration or cancellation.

  • Developer Obligations In accordance with applicable NYISO requirements, Developer shall maintain satisfactory operating communications with Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Developer shall provide standard voice line, dedicated voice line and facsimile communications at its Large Generating Facility control room or central dispatch facility through use of either the public telephone system, or a voice communications system that does not rely on the public telephone system. Developer shall also provide the dedicated data circuit(s) necessary to provide Developer data to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO as set forth in Appendix D hereto. The data circuit(s) shall extend from the Large Generating Facility to the location(s) specified by Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. Any required maintenance of such communications equipment shall be performed by Developer. Operational communications shall be activated and maintained under, but not be limited to, the following events: system paralleling or separation, scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns, equipment clearances, and hourly and daily load data.

If PPD percentages are left blank, identify reason: agree to standard 45 day cycle statutory/legal or Ready Payments (M.G.L. c. 29, § 23A); only initial payment (subsequent payments scheduled to support standard EFT 45 day payment cycle.   • STUDENT OBLIGATIONS The student agrees to use the property as his or her personal residence. The student shall maintain the interior of the property in a reasonably clean and safe condition, use reasonable care in consumption of utilities and services furnished by the landlord, and avoid unreasonable noise or other disruption of the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the premises by the landlord and other students. The student shall be responsible for any damage to the property beyond reasonable wear and tear by the student, members of the student's family, or persons invited on the property by the student. The student shall not make, or cause to be made, any alterations to the property or its contents without first obtaining the written consent of the landlord. The student agrees to notify the landlord in writing about any needed repairs or violations of the Honor Code or Residential Living Standards involving other students or residents. *The BYU Student agrees to update their residential address on myBYU each semester/term, failure to do so will result in non-compliance fees of up to $175 and housing holds affecting their ability to register.

  • Employer Obligation The Supplier shall comply with the requirements of the Pensions Act 2008 and the Transfer of Employment (Pension Protection) Regulations 2005.

  • MAXIMUM OBLIGATION ‌ The total Maximum Obligation of County to the Subrecipient for the cost of services provided in accordance with this Contract is $ 350,000, with individual Maximum Obligation budgets for each Fiscal Year as further detailed in the Budget Schedule, identified and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachment “C”.
