Common use of Work Hours Clause in Contracts

For purposes of safety, an employee working overtime may be required allowed to adjust their work during his/her lunch hour, schedule for the length remainder of such interruption shall be counted as time worked unless other arrangements are made with his/her supervisorany scheduled shift.
