Common use of Work During Vacation Full-time Employees Clause in Contracts

Work During Vacation Full-time Employees. Should an employee who has commenced scheduled vacation and agrees upon request by the Hospital to return to perform work during the vacation period, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half times basic straight time rate for all hours so worked. To replace the originally scheduled days on which such work was performed, the employee will receive one (1) vacation lieu day off for each day on which has so worked.
