If at any time Buyer and/or Company wishes to cease paying for any costs for a particular Patent or for patent prosecution in a particular jurisdiction, the Company must give NSRG’s Representative at least ninety (90) days prior written notice and the Company will continue to be obligated to pay for the patent costs, which reasonably accrue during said notice period.
