Windstorm Insurance. Borrower shall maintain windstorm insurance in amounts and in a form and substance satisfactory to Agent, which shall not provide for a deductible greater than two percent (2%) of the Full Replacement Cost of the Property, subject to a $250,000 minimum deductible.

Windstorm Insurance. Windstorm coverage with such limits and deductibles as are generally required by institutional lenders for similar properties in the geographic area where the Orlando Property is located, in any event at least equal to the lesser of the Allocated Loan Amount for the Orlando Property and the maximum limit of coverage available with respect to the Orlando Property. Such coverage shall be placed with one or more reputable insurers and may insure additional properties on a pooled risk basis; and
Windstorm Insurance. Insurance evidence must be presented as (1) original policy, or (2) copy of the declarations page, or (3) XXXXX Form 28 certificate (Evidence of Commercial Property Insurance). • Coverage shall be equal to the lesser of (1) the replacement cost, or (2) the amount of the Loan. • Borrower named as "insured." • The Bank, its successors and assigns, as their interests may appear, named as Mortgagee and Lender Loss Payee.
Windstorm Insurance. If the Property is in an area prone to hurricanes and windstorms, as reasonably determined by Lender, Borrower shall provide windstorm insurance (including coverage for wind driven water), including business interruption coverage as reasonably required by Lender.
Windstorm Insurance. With respect to property located in a Tier I zone, Borrower/Property Owner shall maintain windstorm coverage with a deductible not to exceed 5% and at full replacement cost.

  • Insurance The Company and the Subsidiaries are insured by insurers of recognized financial responsibility against such losses and risks and in such amounts as are prudent and customary in the businesses in which the Company and the Subsidiaries are engaged, including, but not limited to, directors and officers insurance coverage. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary has any reason to believe that it will not be able to renew its existing insurance coverage as and when such coverage expires or to obtain similar coverage from similar insurers as may be necessary to continue its business without a significant increase in cost.

  • Crime Insurance Contractor shall maintain during the term of the Contract Crime Insurance on a “loss sustained form” or “loss discovered form,” and coverage must include the following:  The policy must allow for reporting of circumstances or incidents that might give rise to future claims.  The policy must include an extended reporting period of no less than one (1) year with respect to events which occurred but were not reported during the term of the policy.  Any warranties required by the Contractor’s insurer as a result of this Contract must be disclosed and complied with. Said insurance shall extend coverage to include the principals (all directors, officers, agents and employees) of the Contractor as a result of this Contract.  The policy shall include coverage for third party fidelity and name “The People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use this Contract as an Authorized User and their officers, agents, and employees” as “Loss Payees” for all third party coverage secured. This requirement applies to both primary and excess liability policies, as applicable.  The policy shall not contain a condition requiring an arrest and conviction.  The policy shall include coverage for computer crime/fraud.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the minimum limits of liability necessary to provide reasonable financial protections to the Contractor and the State of Florida under the resulting contract.
