WINDOWS AND PROJECTIONS. Nothing shall be affixed to or projected beyond the outside of the Building by Tenant without the prior written consent of Landlord. If Tenant desires, and Landlord permits, blinds, shades, or other form of outside or inside window coverings, they shall be furnished and installed at the expense of Tenant and must be of such shape, color, material and make as are approved by Landlord.
