WILDLIFE PROTECTION. 1. The Purchaser is authorized to enter areas closed by gates, barricades or berms with motorized vehicles only for the purposes related to the performance of this contract. Motorized vehicle entry for purposes other than contract performance, such as hunting or transporting game animals will be considered trespass and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law (Montana Code Annotated § 45-6-203).
