Where the Prospect. Research Senior Advisor uses his/her vehicle for work, he/she shall be entitled to reimbursement for mileage based on the provisions of Article 22.05 and when in the office such entitlement shall be measured from and return to the United Way Office. When he/she commences the trip from his/her residence, it shall be measured from and return to his/her residence. The Employer shall provide parking.

LIMITED (hereinafter called “the Company” which expression will include the successors and assigns of the company including where the context so admits the assignees of the Company under the said Agreement) of the other part the said State agreed to grant to the Company a mineral lease of portion or portions of the lands referred to in the said Agreement as “the mining areas” AND WHEREAS the said Agreement was ratified by the Act 196 which said Act (inter alia) authorized the grant of a mineral lease to the Company NOW WE in consideration of the rents and royalties reserved by and of the provisions of the said Agreement and in pursuance of the said Act DO BY THESE PRESENTS GRANT AND DEMISE unto the Company subject to the said provisions ALL THOSE pieces and parcels of land situated in the Goldfield(s) containing approximately acres and (subject to such corrections as may be necessary to accord with survey when made) being the land shaded pink on the plan in the Schedule hereto and all those mines, veins, seams, lodes and deposits of iron ore in on or under the said land (hereinafter called “the said mine”) together with all rights, liberties, easements, advantages and appurtenances thereto belonging or appertaining to a lessee of a mineral lease under the Mining Xxx 0000 including all amendments thereof for the time being in force and all regulations made thereunder for the time being in force (which Act and regulations are hereinafter referred to as “the Mining Act”) or to which the Company is entitled under the said Agreement TO HOLD the said land and mine and all and singular the premises hereby demised for the full term of twenty‑one years from the day of 19 with the right to renew the same from time to time for further periods each of twenty‑one years as provided in but subject to the said Agreement for the purposes but upon and subject to the terms covenants and conditions set out in the said Agreement and to the Mining Act (as modified by the said Agreement) YIELDING and paying therefor the rent and royalties as set out in the said Agreement.   • Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.

  • CONTACTS BETWEEN THE PARTIES 15.1 Each Party shall update its own contact information and escalation list and shall provide such information to the other Party for purposes of inquiries regarding the implementation of this Agreement. CenturyLink will provide and maintain its contact and escalation list on the CenturyLink Website, and any updates also will be provided on the Website. Information contained on the Website will include a single contact telephone number for CenturyLink’s CLEC Service Center (via an 800#) that CLEC may call for all ordering and status inquiries and other day-to-day inquiries at any time during the Business Day. In addition, the Website will provide CLEC with contact information for the personnel and/or organizations within CenturyLink capable of assisting CLEC with inquiries regarding the ordering, provisioning and billing of Interconnection, UNE and resale services. Included in this information will be the contact information for a person or persons to whom CLEC can escalate issues dealing with the implementation of the Agreement and/or for assistance in resolving disputes arising under the Agreement.

  • Marketing the Property In an effort to properly and efficiently market the Property, the Seller grants the following permissions to the Agency: (Initial ALL That Apply) - Advertise the Property. - To use the Property’s street address when advertising the Property. - Allow third (3rd) party websites to create estimated market values of the Property. - Allow the Agency to disclose the existence of other offers on the Property. - Publish any and all Property information electronically or in print. This includes, but is not limited to, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate websites, newspapers, etc. - Place a lockbox or key box on the Property. The Seller shall hold harmless the Agency and all cooperating licensees from all responsibility and liability resulting from any loss, damage, or theft which might occur while the Property is listed by the Agency under this Agreement. - Authorize a “For Sale” Sign on the Property.

  • Exception Where Databases Contain Sufficient Information A Reporting Financial Institution is not required to perform the paper record search described in subparagraph D.2. of this section if the Reporting Financial Institution’s electronically searchable information includes the following:

  • DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE 4.11.1 The Contractor shall maintain at the site for the State one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples. These shall be available to the Architect and the State for monthly review prior to approval of Contractor’s monthly application for payment. Prior to substantial completion of the Work, the Contractor shall ensure that one record copy of all Drawings, Specifications, Addenda, Change Orders and other Modifications, in good order and marked currently to record all changes made during construction, and approved Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples are delivered to the Architect for the State and a duplicate copy shall be delivered to the State for the State’s use.

  • IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM During the early stages of problem detection, the NMC will be able to tell which CLECs are affected by the catastrophe. Further analysis and/or first hand observation will determine if the disaster has affected CLEC equipment only, BellSouth equipment only or a combination. The initial restoration activity will be largely determined by the equipment that is affected. Once the nature of the disaster is determined and after verifying the cause of the problem, the NMC will initiate reroutes and/or transfers that are jointly agreed upon by the affected CLECs' Network Management Center and the BellSouth NMC. The type and percentage of controls used will depend upon available network capacity. Controls necessary to stabilize the situation will be invoked and the NMC will attempt to re-establish as much traffic as possible. For long-term outages, recovery efforts will be coordinated by the ECC. Traffic controls will continue to be applied by the NMC until facilities are re-established. As equipment is made available for service, the ECC will instruct the NMC to begin removing the controls and allow traffic to resume.

  • Scope of the Project Under this Agreement, the scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include:
