ETHICS IN PUBLIC CONTRACTING This Contract incorporates by reference Article 9 of the Arlington County Purchasing Resolution, as well as all state and federal laws related to ethics, conflicts of interest or bribery, including the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act (Code of Virginia § 2.2-3100 et seq.), the Virginia Governmental Frauds Act (Code of Virginia § 18.2-498.1 et seq.) and Articles 2 and 3 of Chapter 10 of Title 18.2 of the Code of Virginia, as amended (§ 18.2-438 et seq.). The Contractor certifies that its proposal was made without collusion or fraud; that it has not offered or received any kickbacks or inducements from any other offeror, supplier, manufacturer or subcontractor; and that it has not conferred on any public employee having official responsibility for this procurement any payment, loan, subscription, advance, deposit of money, services or anything of more than nominal value, present or promised, unless consideration of substantially equal or greater value was exchanged.
Written Authorization Prior to performing any Professional Services in connection with the Tasks, the Design Professional shall obtain from the City a written authorization to proceed. Further, throughout the term of this Agreement, the Design Professional shall immediately advise the City in writing of any anticipated changes to any Task, including any changes to the time for completion or the Compensation and Fee Schedule, and shall obtain the City's written consent to the change prior to making any changes. In no event shall the City's consent be construed to relieve the Design Professional from its duty to render all Professional Services in accordance with applicable laws and accepted industry standards.
Portability of Sick Leave 1. The employer will accept up to sixty (60) accumulated sick leave days from other school districts in British Columbia, for employees hired to or on exchange in the district.

Year End and Final Claims 19.3.4.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit a final claim for each COUNTY fiscal year, July 1 through June 30, covered under the term of this Agreement, as amended in Paragraph 1 above, by no later than August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year. Claims received after August 30th of each corresponding COUNTY fiscal year may, at ADMINISTRATOR’s sole discretion, not be reimbursed. ADMINISTRATOR may modify the date upon which the final claim per each COUNTY fiscal year must be received, upon written notice to CONTRACTOR.
No Authority to Bind Neither party has the power or authority to bind the other party to contracts or other obligations.
Public Safety The Permittee shall comply with the following provisions.
Attorney Authorization Class Counsel and Defense Counsel separately warrant and represent that they are authorized by Plaintiff and Defendant, respectively, to take all appropriate action required or permitted to be taken by such Parties pursuant to this Agreement to effectuate its terms, and to execute any other documents reasonably required to effectuate the terms of this Agreement including any amendments to this Agreement.
SBC-12STATE 47.1.1 The terms contained in this Agreement and any Appendices, Attachments, Exhibits, Schedules, and Addenda constitute the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, proposals and other communications, oral or written between the Parties during the negotiations of this Agreement and through the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.

Du kannst deine Einstellungen für die Analyse jederzeit ändern, indem du auf deinem Computer zur Einstellung „Analyse“ navigierst und das Markierungsfeld deaktivierst. Die Einstellung „Analyse“ befindet sich in der Systemeinstellung „Sicherheit“ im Bereich „Privatsphäre“. Apple ist berechtigt, diese Informationen zu nutzen, sofern diese für die oben beschriebenen Zwecke in einer Form gesammelt werden, die keinerlei Rückschlüsse auf deine Person zulässt. Damit Partner und Fremdentwickler von Apple die Möglichkeit erhalten, ihre für die Nutzung mit Apple-Produkten ausgelegte(n) Software, Hardware und Dienste zu optimieren, stellt Apple solchen Partnern oder Fremdentwicklern möglicherweise einen Teil seiner Diagnoseinformationen bereit, der für die Software, Hardware und/oder Dienste dieses Partners oder Entwicklers relevant ist, vorausgesetzt, diese Informationen werden in einer Form verwendet, die keinerlei Rückschlüsse auf deine Person zulässt.
