No Authority to Bind. Consultant shall have no power or authority to execute any agreements or contracts for or on behalf of the Company nor to bind the Company in any other manner.
No Authority to Bind. Neither party has the power or authority to bind the other party to contracts or other obligations.
No Authority to Bind. No Broker or affiliated licensee of Broker, by virtue of this status, shall have any authority to bind any party hereto to any contract, provisions herein, amendments hereto, or termination hereof. However, if authorized in this Agreement, Broker shall have the right to accept notice on behalf of a party. Additionally, any Broker or real estate licensee involved in this transaction may perform the ministerial act of filling in the Binding Agreement Date. In the event of a dispute over the Binding Agreement Date, it may only be resolved by the written agreement of the Buyer and Seller.
No Authority to Bind. Deswik acknowledges that it does not have the authority to incur, and agrees not to incur, any obligation or liability on behalf of the Client, except with the express written consent or instructions of the Client.

No Authority to Bind. Neither Party shall incur any obligations for or in the name of the other Party, or have the authority to bind or obligate the other Party. Neither Party shall make, issue or authorize any statements (whether oral or written) in contravention of the foregoing.
No Authority to Bind. The Consultant shall not, without the prior written consent of the Corporation, enter into any contract or commitment in the name of or on behalf of the Corporation or bind the Corporation in any respect whatsoever.
No Authority to Bind. It is understood and agreed that Consultant is not acting as an agent for or on behalf of the Company and nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as authority for Consultant to bind the Company or obligate the Company to any agreement or contract.
No Authority to Bind. GTE shall have no authority to enter into contracts or otherwise incur obligations on behalf of or bind the Company or any of its subsidiaries, except as otherwise expressly approved by the Board.
No Authority to Bind. Employee shall not have authority, and it is expressly outside the scope of the employment created pursuant to this Agreement, to enter into any contracts binding upon SCV or to create any obligations on the part of SCV, unless otherwise authorized by the Board of Directors of SCV to do so.
