  • Customer The agency or eligible user that purchases commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract.

  • Authorised Users individuals who are authorised by the Institution to access the Institution's information services whether on-site or off-site via Secure Authentication and who are affiliated to the Institution as a current student (including but not limited to undergraduates, postgraduates and guest students), member of staff (whether on a permanent or temporary basis including retired members of staff and any teacher who teaches Authorised Users) or contractor or registered user of the Institution. Persons who are not currently a student, member of staff, contractor or registered user of the Institution, but who are permitted to access the Institution's information services from computer terminals or otherwise within the physical premises of the Institution ["Walk-In Users"] are also deemed to be Authorised Users, only for the time they are within the physical premises of the Institution.

  • Customer Feedback The contractor is expected to establish and maintain professional communication between its employees and customers. The primary objective of this communication is customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the most significant external indicator of the success and effectiveness of all services provided and can be measured through customer complaints and surveys. Performance management drives the contractor to be customer focused through initially and internally addressing customer complaints and investigating the issues and/or problems but the customer always has the option to communicate complaints to the PM, as opposed to the contractor. Customer feedback may also be obtained either from the results of formal customer satisfaction surveys or from random customer complaints. Any customer complaints will be investigated by the PM using the Quality Assurance Monitoring Form – Customer Complaint Investigation, identified in Attachment A4.

  • License to Customer Vendor grants to Customer, a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free license, solely for the Customer’s internal business purposes, to use, copy, modify, display, perform (by any means), transmit and prepare derivative works of any Vendor IP embodied in or delivered to Customer in conjunction with the Work Product. The foregoing license includes the right to sublicense third parties, solely for the purpose of engaging such third parties to assist or carryout Customer’s internal business use of the Work Product. Except for the preceding license, all rights in Vendor IP remain in Vendor.

  • Supplier A manufacturer, fabricator, distributor, supplier, or vendor of goods or equipment in connection with the Work, or any other party having a Contract or Purchase Order with the Contractor or with a Subcontractor to furnish materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work by the Contractor or a Subcontractor.

  • Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers 1. Each Party shall ensure that any monopoly supplier of a service in its territory does not, in the supply of the monopoly service in the relevant market, act in a manner inconsistent with that Party's obligations under specific commitments in its Schedule in Annex III (Schedule of Specific Commitments on Trade in Services).

  • Customers and Suppliers (a) Section 3.15(a) of the Disclosure Schedules sets forth (i) each customer who has paid aggregate consideration to the Company for goods or services rendered in an amount greater than or equal to $25,000 for each of the two most recent fiscal years (collectively, the “Material Customers”); and (ii) the amount of consideration paid by each Material Customer during such periods.   • Contract Migration Authorized Users holding individual Contracts with a Contractor at the time that Contractor is awarded a Centralized Contract for the same Products or services shall be permitted to migrate to that Centralized Contract effective with its commencement date. Such migration shall not operate to diminish, alter or eliminate any right that the Authorized User otherwise had under the terms and conditions of their individual Contract.
