Common use of Wellness Programs Clause in Contracts

Wellness Programs. The Employer shall provide information and training to raise workers’ awareness of wellness. The Insurance Committee shall plan, prepare and present information and training sessions or materials (e.g., presentations at staff meetings or during lunch periods or establishment of a video library). Examples of wellness subjects include, but are not limited to: CPR, nutrition, stress reduction, HIV/AIDS and smoking cessation.
