Common use of Weekend Worker Clause in Contracts

Weekend Worker. The Employer will notify the Union of all weekend worker positions. The introduction of any new weekend worker position shall require written agreement between the Employer and the Union. Either the Employer or the Union may discontinue this agreement. The parties will meet to discuss the discontinuance prior to giving sixty (60) days notice of such discontinuation. It is understood and agreed that such discontinuance shall not be done in an unreasonable or arbitrary manner.
