Weekend Worker. (i) An Employee who is a Weekend Worker (as defined in subclause 58.1) who works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends per year of continuous service is entitled to an additional 38 hours’ annual leave (pro rata for part-time Employees) on the same terms and conditions.

Weekend Worker. (i) An Employee who is a Weekend Worker (as defined in subclause 58.1) worker shall mean for the purposes of this Agreement an employee who works for more their ordinary hours of no less than four ordinary hours on 10 a weekend shift, or is on call for a period of no less than twelve hours, other than telephone recall, on ten or more weekends per year of continuous service is entitled a year, between 1 July and 30 June. Weekend worker will be granted an extra week’s leave to an additional 38 hours’ the annual leave (pro rata for part-time Employees) in 4.2.1 with leave loading in 4.2.9 after the end of that financial year to be taken within 12 months. XXX will record the hours worked on the same terms and conditionsweekends.
