  • White Pages Listings 5.1 BellSouth shall provide <<customer_name>> and their customers access to white pages directory listings under the following terms:

  • Stock Exchange Listing The shares of Common Stock have been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market (the “Exchange”), and the Company has taken no action designed to, or likely to have the effect of, delisting the shares of Common Stock from the Exchange, nor has the Company received any notification that the Exchange is contemplating terminating such listing except as described in the Registration Statement, the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus.

  • Blacklisting The Contractor must not commit any breach of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000 (Blacklists) Regulations 2010 or section 137 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Xxx 0000, or commit any breach of the Data Protection Laws by unlawfully processing personal data in connection with any blacklisting activities. Breach of this clause is a material default which shall entitle the Authority to terminate the Framework Agreement.

  • Open Listing The general non-exclusive right to sell, trade, convey, or exchange the Property during the Listing Period in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Seller hereby appoints Agency to represent the Seller as their client ONLY if a potential Buyer is produced by the Agency. Seller retains the right to sell the Property directly, on their own behalf, with no commission due to the Agency. In addition, Seller reserves the right to enter into similar arrangements with other real estate agents.

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Due to rules administered by the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”), all details of any transaction that are procured by the Agency may be used for publication in the MLS. Seller hereby consents to such publication on an unrestricted basis whereas the Agency must comply with all applicable MLS rules to allow data about the Property to be shown and made available by the MLS in addition to other internet websites. MLS rules generally provide that any property entered into its database be updated within forty-eight (48) hours, or some other period of time, after all necessary signatures have been obtained in regard to the Property. The Seller has the right to prohibit any and all publication of information in regard to a transfer of the Property. In order to exercise this right, the Seller is required to authorize a separate addendum provided by the Agency and attach to this Agreement.

  • Web Portal If you elect to link to and use the web interface provided by us (the “Web Portal”), you agree that the Web Portal is for the sole purpose of enabling Recipients to update and add their contact information. If you elect to use the Web Portal, we grant for the period of the Term (as defined below) to you a limited non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to place a digital image of the applicable sign-up Logo, which will be presented to you (the “Image”), on an appropriate page of your Internet site, with a hyperlink to our Web Portal site (the “Link”) currently at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. You may not use any other trademark or service xxxx in connection with the Image without our prior written approval. The Link may not be used in any manner to provide an Authorized User with access to the Web Portal via any framing, layering or other techniques now known or hereafter developed that permit display of the Web Portal with any materials posted by you or anyone other than us. You may not allow the Image to be linked to any other web site. You may not use the Image in any manner not permitted hereunder, modify the Image, or copy, or create a derivative work from, the “look and feel” of the Image. We will have the right to review all uses of the Image for quality control purposes and proper compliance. We reserve the right to modify permission to use the Image and/or the Link at any time.

  • HOT LIST PRICING At any time during this Contract, Supplier may offer a specific selection of Equipment, Products, or Services at discounts greater than those listed in the Contract. When Supplier determines it will offer Hot List Pricing, it must be submitted electronically to Sourcewell in a line-item format. Equipment, Products, or Services may be added or removed from the Hot List at any time through a Sourcewell Price and Product Change Form as defined in Article 4 below. Hot List program and pricing may also be used to discount and liquidate close-out and discontinued Equipment and Products as long as those close-out and discontinued items are clearly identified as such. Current ordering process and administrative fees apply. Hot List Pricing must be published and made available to all Participating Entities.

  • Directory To participate in the MnDOT TGB program, a business must be certified at the time of contract execution. Certified Targeted Group Businesses are listed in the Directory of Certified Targeted Group, Economically Disadvantaged and VET Vendors. MnDOT makes no representation as to any TGB’s technical or financial ability to perform the work. Prime contractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence in hiring TGB firms. A TGB’s failure to perform the work will not be considered justification for a compensation increase or time extension.

  • GEM LISTING RULES IMPLICATIONS As certain of the applicable percentage ratios (as defined under the GEM Listing Rules) in respect of the unsecured loan granted under the Supplemental Agreement to the Borrower were more than 5% but less than 25%, the unsecured loan granted under the Supplemental Agreement constitutes a discloseable transaction of the Company under Chapter 19 of the GEM Listing Rules and is therefore subject to reporting and announcement requirements under the GEM Listing Rules.
