Wastewater Characteristics. 2.1 The Partnership shall receive, treat and dispose of Member Towns’ wastewater in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations, water quality standards, orders and decrees of any state and/or federal governmental authority having jurisdiction over the treatment, and disposal/ recharge of wastewater. The Partnership shall comply at all times with the Partnership’s Groundwater Discharge Permit(s).
