WARRANTIES TO END USERS. Microsoft warrants the Products and Upgrades to End-Users pursuant to the written limited warranty document or End-Users License Agreement Terms accompanying the Products or Upgrades. Microsoft shall provide all End-Users technical support related to the use of the Products or Upgrades.
WARRANTIES TO END USERS. The Products or Licensed Materials are provided to End Users and Buyer's Reseller Customers "as is." Supplier makes no warranty to End Users and Buyer's Reseller Customers of any kind.
WARRANTIES TO END USERS. SMI is authorized to provide the warranties set forth in the MediQual License Agreement to End Users regarding the MediQual Products, and MediQual agrees to honor such warranties and to bear all costs and expenses of doing so. Except as MediQual may otherwise authorize in writing, SMI will not provide any warranties to End Users other than those set forth in the MediQual License Agreement. Nothing in this Section shall: (i) reduce or otherwise modify either party's indemnification obligations under Article 9, or (ii) impose any liability on SMI to the extent an End User claims that the warranty disclaimers and limitations set forth in the MediQual License Agreement are invalid or unenforceable, or that the Documentation or the marketing materials prepared by MediQual create implied or express warranties in addition to those set forth in the MediQual License Agreement.
WARRANTIES TO END USERS. Vendor makes no warranty to End Users other than Vendor's limited warranty, if any, accompanying the Products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GTSI may, in its sole discretion and at its sole expense, extend the period during which it will honor warranty requests, provided that GTSI advises its customers that Vendor has no warranty responsibilities after the expiration of Vendor's warranty.
