WARRANTIES TO END USERS. Microsoft warrants the Products and Upgrades to End-Users pursuant to the written limited warranty document or End-Users License Agreement Terms accompanying the Products or Upgrades. Microsoft shall provide all End-Users technical support related to the use of the Products or Upgrades.

As between Microsoft and TechSoup, Microsoft shall provide all End-be responsible for providing End Users technical support related to the use of the Products or Upgradesunless otherwise provided in the Microsoft-TechSoup Operations Guide.
