KLATU specifically does not warrant that (i) the Background Technology or Developed Technology will meet CRYOPORT’s or CRYOPORT’s Customers’ requirements, or (ii) the Modified Hardware and/or Software or Documentation in combination with the CRYOPORT System will operate in combinations with other hardware and software products which may be selected for use by CRYOPORT or CRYOPORT’s Customers.
