Warranties and Instruction Manuals. The Contractor shall obtain all manufacturers’ warranties and guaranties of all equipment and materials provided by the vendor in the name of the Homeowner. Contractor shall provide Homeowner with certificates of warranties, instruction manuals, and other documents prior to requesting a final payment from the City or the Homeowner, whichever is later.
