The functional part of the test shall start when the subject vehicle is travelling at a constant speed as defined in Table I, Column B of Annex 3 and is at a distance of at least 50m from the target. From the start of the functional part until the point of collision there shall be no adjustment to any control of the subject vehicle by the driver other than slight adjustments to the steering control to counteract any drifting.

If this is deemed justified, the technical service may test any other speeds within the speed range as defined in paragraph 5.2.1.3.   • Outpatient emergency and urgicenter services within the service area The emergency room copay applies to all outpatient emergency visits that do not result in hospital admission within twenty-four (24) hours. The urgicenter copay is the same as the primary care clinic office visit copay.
