Common use of WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY Clause in Contracts

WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. Section 1. In case of emergency declared by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Board of Ashtabula County Commissioners, the Ashtabula County Sheriff, the Federal or State Legislature such as acts of God and civil disorder, the following conditions of this Agreement shall automatically be suspended.

WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. In case of emergency declared by the President of the United States, the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Board of Ashtabula Columbiana County Commissioners, the Ashtabula Columbiana County Sheriff, or the Federal federal or State Legislature state legislatures, such as acts of God and civil disorder, the following conditions of this Agreement shall automatically be suspended.
