Common use of WAGES AND WORKING CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

WAGES AND WORKING CONDITIONS. Tenant agrees that any person performing labor in the construction of any Alterations or Improvements to the Premises, which Tenant provides under this Lease, shall be paid not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages as required by Section 6.22(E) of the San Francisco Administrative Code, shall be subject to the same hours and working conditions, and shall receive the same benefits as in each case are provided for similar work performed in San Francisco, California. Tenant shall include in any contract for construction of such Alterations or Improvements a requirement that all persons performing labor under such contract shall be paid not less than the highest prevailing rate of wages for the labor so performed. Tenant shall require any contractor to provide, and shall deliver to City upon request, certified payroll reports with respect to all persons performing labor in the construction of such Alterations or Improvements to the Premises.
