VOLUNTARY REDUCTION OF WORK HOURS. Upon mutual agreement of a full-time permanent employee covered by this Memorandum of Understanding and the Agency/Department Head or his/her designee, any such employee may elect to reduce work hours with an equal reduction in pay and paid benefits for periods of up to 13 pay periods as follows:

The Contractor shall begin correcting the defective or non-conforming Work within ten (10) days unless the State agrees to a Change Order which reflects the reduction in Contract Sum due to the value of diminishment of the defective or nonconforming Work.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.
