Voluntary Redistribution Sample Clauses

Voluntary Redistribution. A Settling State may choose to reallocate all or a portion of its State Fund to its Abatement Accounts Fund. A Participating Subdivision included on Exhibit G may choose to reallocate all or a portion of its allocation from the Subdivision Fund to the State’s Abatement Accounts Fund or to another Participating Subdivision. For a voluntary redistribution to be applied to the relevant portion of an Annual Payment, notice must be provided to the Settling Distributors and the Settlement Fund Administrator at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the Payment Date.
