Virtual currency means a digital representation of value that:
Contractual Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.5;
Virtual Card means a non-physical Card, the use of which is limited to online, phone or mail order purchases and which cannot be used to make a cash withdrawal from an ATM or bank. Any reference to cash withdrawals or to a Physical Card in this Agreement excludes the Virtual Card.
Actual consumption means the measured consumption by a customer of a municipal service;
Actual carrier means a person, other than the contracting carrier, who, by virtue of authority from the contracting carrier, performs the whole or part of the carriage contemplated in paragraph (b) but who is not with respect to such part a successive carrier within the meaning of the Warsaw Convention. Such authority is presumed in the absence of proof to the contrary.
Actual Costs as used herein shall mean those costs that were reasonably incurred in order to protect the honesty and integrity of the gaming being operated by Tribe under, and to monitor the Tribe’s compliance with, the Compact. Costs incurred in common for more than one tribe shall be allocated among such tribes. For purposes of this Section 13, prior years’ actual costs shall be based on the actual costs incurred for the twelve months ending September 30. Regulatory Fees shall be paid as follows:
Actual Cost means the cost of depleted supplies, records storage media costs, actual mailing and alternative delivery costs, or other transmitting costs, and any direct equipment operating and maintenance costs, including actual costs paid to private contractors for copying services.
Dual Currency Note means a Dual Currency Interest Note and/or a Dual Currency Redemption Note, as applicable;
Actual Cash Value means purchase price less depreciation.
Commercial customer means a customer who is acting within their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.
Base Rate Portion of any Loan or Loans shall mean at any time the portion, including the whole, of such Loan or Loans bearing interest at such time (i) under the Base Rate Option or (ii) in accordance with Section 2.09(c)(ii) hereof. If no Loan or Loans is specified, "Base Rate Portion" shall refer to the Base Rate Portion of all Loans outstanding at such time.
Actual Contribution Percentage means, with respect to a Plan Year, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the sum of the amount of (a) Matching Contributions, (b) After-Tax Contributions, (c) Qualified Nonelective ESOP Contributions, and (d) Tax Deferred Contributions recharacterized as After-Tax Contributions, made on behalf of the Participant for the Plan Year to the Participant’s Testing Compensation for the Plan Year.
Termination Currency means United States Dollars.
CAFRA Centers, Cores or Nodes means those areas with boundaries incorporated by reference or revised by the Department in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:7-13.16.
Virtual Collocation shall have the meaning set forth in Sections 8.1.1.1 and 8.2.2.1.
Potential Customer means any person who is capable of becoming a customer on making an application for that purpose to either the Appointee or a Licensee;
Refundable credit means the amount of the City income tax that was paid on the non-distributed portion, if any, of a nonqualified deferred compensation plan.
Public Xxxxxx shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10.01(d).
Material Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.21(a).
Material Customers has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15(a).
Actual miles means the actual distance a vehicle has traveled while in operation.
Duff & Xxxxxx means Duff & Xxxxxx Credit Rating Co.
Actual/360 means that interest is calculated on the basis of the actual number of days elapsed in a year of 360 days.
Denomination Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14(b).
Termination Currency Equivalent means, in respect of any amount denominated in the Termination Currency, such Termination Currency amount and, in respect of any amount denominated in a currency other than the Termination Currency (the "Other Currency"), the amount in the Termination Currency determined by the party making the relevant determination as being required to purchase such amount of such Other Currency as at the relevant Early Termination Date, or, if the relevant Market Quotation or Loss (as the case may be), is determined as of a later date, that later date, with the Termination Currency at the rate equal to the spot exchange rate of the foreign exchange agent (selected as provided below) for the purchase of such Other Currency with the Termination Currency at or about 11:00 a.m. (in the city in which such foreign exchange agent is located) on such date as would be customary for the determination of such a rate for the purchase of such Other Currency for value on the relevant Early Termination Date or that later date. The foreign exchange agent will, if only one party is obliged to make a determination under Section 6(e), be selected in good faith by that party and otherwise will be agreed by the parties.
Peak tube potential means the maximum value of the potential difference across the x-ray tube during an exposure.
