Dual Currency Note definition

Dual Currency Note means a Dual Currency Interest Note and/or a Dual Currency Redemption Note, as applicable;
Dual Currency Note means any Note designated as such on the face of this Note.
Dual Currency Note means a Note in respect of which payments of principal and/or interest are made or to be made in such different currencies, and at rates of exchange calculated upon such basis or bases, as the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) may agree (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);

  • Upon the due date for redemption of any Bearer Note comprising a Floating Rate Note, Dual Currency Note or Index Linked Note, unmatured Coupons relating to such Note (whether or not attached) shall become void and no payment shall be made in respect of them.
