Dual Currency Note definition

Dual Currency Note means a Dual Currency Interest Note and/or a Dual Currency Redemption Note, as applicable;
Dual Currency Note means a Note in respect of which payments of principal and/or interest are made or to be made in such different currencies, and at rates of exchange calculated upon such basis or bases, as the relevant Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) may agree (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);
Dual Currency Note means any Note designated as such on the face of this Note.

  • This Note is a Fixed Rate Note, a Floating Rate Note, a Zero Coupon Note, a Dual Currency Note or an Index-Linked Note or any combination of the foregoing, depending upon the Interest/Payment Basis specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

  • It is also a Partly Paid Note and/or an Index-Linked Note (where payment with respect to principal is linked to an Index and/or formula) and/or a Dual Currency Note (where payment with respect to principal may be made in an alternative currency) if, in each case, the applicable Pricing Supplement so indicates and the appropriate provisions of these Conditions will apply accordingly.

  • This Condition 10 (Dual Currency Note Provisions) is applicable to the Notes only if the Dual Currency Note Provisions are specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement as being applicable.
