Denomination Currency definition

Denomination Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14(b).
Denomination Currency has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(c) herein.
Denomination Currency has the meaning specified in Section 17(b).

Examples of Denomination Currency in a sentence

  • The Denomination Currency and the Settlement Currency are specified in the applicable Final Terms under Specified Currency or Currencies.

  • The Rate of Exchange or method of calculating Rate of Exchange between the Denomination Currency and the Second Currency or Currencies in respect of such Notes is the rate or method specified in the applicable Final Terms.

More Definitions of Denomination Currency

Denomination Currency means, with respect to a Non- ZAR Constituent, the currency in which such Non-ZAR Constituent is denominated.
Denomination Currency means the currency with which the Bonds may be purchased. Interest payments and redemptions are made in the same currency. The Bonds may be issued in currencies other than DKK and EUR. In such cases, this will be set out in the relevant Final Bond Terms.
