Violate or Breach Contract Terms. A breach of any of the stipulations contained in these Required Contract Provisions may be sufficient grounds for withholding of progress payments, withholding of final payment, termination of the contract, suspension/debarment or any other action determined to be appropriate by the City.

Violate or Breach Contract Terms. Contractor shall at all time comply with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and FEMA Directives as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract, including but not limited to these requirements of 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326 and more fully set forth in Appendix II to Part 200 – Contract Provisions for non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards, which section are incorporated as part of this Contract. A breach of any of the stipulations contained in these Required Contract Provisions may be sufficient grounds for withholding of progress payments, withholding of final payment, termination of the contract, suspension / debarment or any other action determined to be appropriate by the County.

  • Remedy for Breach The Executive agrees that in the event of a material breach or threatened material breach of any of the covenants contained in this Paragraph 6, the Company will have the right and remedy to have such covenants specifically enforced by any court having jurisdiction, it being acknowledged and agreed that any material breach of any of the covenants will cause irreparable injury to the Company and that money damages will not provide an adequate remedy to the Company.

  • Breach by Licensee a. The licensee shall have five (5) business days from its receipt of written notice by Producer and/or Producer’s authorized representative to cure any alleged breach of this Agreement by Licensee. Licensee’s failure to cure the alleged breach within five (5) business days shall result in Licensee’s default of its obligations, its breach of this Agreement, and at Producer's sole discretion, the termination of Licensee’s rights hereunder.
