Violate or Breach Contract Terms. A breach of any of the stipulations contained in these Required Contract Provisions may be sufficient grounds for withholding of progress payments, withholding of final payment, termination of the contract, suspension/debarment or any other action determined to be appropriate by the City.
Violate or Breach Contract Terms. Contractor shall at all time comply with all applicable regulations, policies, procedures, and FEMA Directives as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract, including but not limited to these requirements of 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326 and more fully set forth in Appendix II to Part 200 – Contract Provisions for non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards, which section are incorporated as part of this Contract.
