Required Contract Provisions. 1) It will insert the non-discrimination contract clauses requiring compliance with the acts and regulations relative to non-discrimination in Federally- assisted programs of the DOT, and incorporating the acts and regulations into the contracts by reference in every contract or agreement subject to the non- discrimination in Federally-assisted programs of the DOT acts and regulations.

Required Contract Provisions. Consistent with the federal procurement standards Subrecipient shall maintain a written procurement policy which it shall apply to covered procurements. Further, for covered procurements, Subrecipient shall comply with the competition requirements and conflict of interest restrictions of the federal procurement standards and shall include, to the extent required by 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Appendix II, certain required contract terms in its contracts.

Some Federal provisions have dollar thresholds that define when they are applicable. The majority of the Federal provisions may be incorporated within the contract itself. However, certain Federal notices are required to be identified within the Notice-to-Bidders.
