Common use of VIACORD’S RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

VIACORD’S RESPONSIBILITIES. When processing the Cord Blood Sample, ViaCord will collect a second DBS Card (the “Guardian Card”) in addition to the DBS Card collected for use in connection with a possible Release of Newborn Stem Cells. ViaCord will store the Guardian Card and make it available for future testing in connection with sequencing services offered by ViaCord or its affiliates.
