Common use of Veterans’ Rights Clause in Contracts

Veterans’ Rights. Notwithstanding any other provision of the Plan to the contrary, contributions, benefits and service with respect to qualified military service will be provided in accordance with Code Section 414(u). The provisions of this subsection 3.3 shall be effective as of December 12, 1994 with respect to Participants employed on or after that date. The following additional rules shall apply in accordance with the Heroes Earning Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008:
