Verifying Advertisement Accuracy. The Services may contain or deliver advertising and sponsorships. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion is accurate and complies with applicable laws. We are not responsible for the illegality or any error, inaccuracy or problem in an advertiser’s or sponsor’s content. Copyright policy Carbonex respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. Term and termination Unless terminated by the Company, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use any of the Services. Subject to the last sentence of this section, you may terminate this Agreement at any time by requesting Carbonex to delete your account by contacting xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxxxx. The Company may terminate this Agreement at any time, particularly if you are suspected of violating any provision of this Agreement.
