Vehicle Reimbursement Claims. Reimbursement is usually made for the distance from the office to the place an employee is visiting. However on occasions it may be shorter and more convenient to go directly from home and then claims may be made for reimbursements for this distance. This is to cover any additional mileage over and above what would be expected in going directly between work and home. Where available, Barnardos vehicles will be used for service work.
